The Coutts International Polo Tournament 2010
Alexander Events is the official supplier of polo hospitality and we are delighted to offer the following packages:
Friday - Polo Hospitality Corporate Day
Experience the elegance and excitement of the game as teams battle to reach the final on Saturday. Gates open at 12pm, followed by a champagne receptionand sumptuous 3 course lunch provided by Heathcotes. The first line-up is at 2pm, with gates closing at 5.30pm.
Saturday - Polo Hospitality Finals Day
The excitement begins to build as gates open at 12pm and a BBQ held in the Sponsors Enclosure at 12.30pm. Enjoy the Chester International Trophy final at 2.30pm and the Chester International Plate Final at 4pm.
Accommodation for Polo Hospitality
Friday & Saturday night accommodation can be reserved at either the Chester Grosvenor (5*), the CrownePlaza Hotel (4*) or Crabwall Manor Hotel (4*).
Early reservations for polo hospitality are essential, as rooms will be limited.
Cost:
- Corporate Day - £119 + VAT per person
- Finals Day - £45 + VAT per person
